The World of the Ocean King Poster and Brochure

I was challenged to create a travel poster, along with a brochure, for any place of my choosing, real or imaginary. I chose the world of the 2007 Legend of Zelda game for the Nintendo DS, The Phantom Hourglass.

I cobbled together screenshots of gameplay to create the compositions I wanted, and then I worked in a geometric, angular style to imitate the low poly game design. I chose Futura, a similarly pared down typeface to pair with the visual style.
