This is an anthropomorphized Gilbert Nightray from the anime Pandora Hearts. For reasons relating to his character, I chose to make him into a raven. His outfit also suits birds very well—he has a ruffled collar, which is reminiscent of a bird’s feathers, and a long coat with the belt hanging down, acting as his tail feathers.
